Application sent!!

Finally we decided on a 4rm and sent in our application yesterday!!! =) Now we have to wait for the ballot results in Dec, so exciting!! Hope we can get a swee swee queue no. *Pray hard*

Yesterday we drove down to the site to explore. Location is not as bad as I thought! I was very satisfied with it! If we are able to select the unit that we want, it is actually quite near Fernvale LRT and Fernvale point. Besides, a few fernvale estates are already there for a couple of years so it is not that ulu. So by the time we move in, the area is more or less developed. Anyway we came across an interesting sight, famlies are gathering at this open space near the Sengkang central and flying kites!! So many cars are parked along the roadsides. It looks like another Marina Bay to me. Sweeeeeet.... I love seeing family having fun together. =)
