Read Sunday Papers and discover that there is this ulu place newly opened at Punggol with a few restaurants. Looks like a very nice chill place to me. Not very accessible by train or bus. Matt mention we can go there explore someday. Yeah!! :) Another place to hang out in our future neighbourhood besides Jalan Kayu. Can jio the gals there in future when we all move!

babe, dont be tricked into going that sh**. went there once, was a terrible experience. another of my friend encountered the same crap as well.
service was horrible, the food we ordered never came, the food we never ordered came endlessly, orders were conveniently forgotten (insisted we didnt place the order and after arguing that we did, the disappeared into the kitchen and explained that the tickets went mysteriously missing and went we got even more pissed off with their explanation, suddenly the ticket was found and suddenly all the food came.)
when we asked to see their manager, they insisted their in charge was not around. and their so called supervisor just walked away in the middle of the conversation because she does not want to/did not know how to answer our questions.
food was only so so but the service was horrendously. was so terrible that all 16 or so of us refused to pay them service charge, only to be told 'their machine doesn't allow them to do it'. when we threatened to report them to CASE, suddenly the machine had no problems not computing the service charge.
Ridiculous. I am usually ok with bad service and would pay whatever they charge asap just to get out but i was very adamant about not paying for the svc charge during my visit to this restaurant.
Totally a waste of my time.
OMG are you serious!!!! The service so horrible!! Thanks for warning me babe! will condemn that place!
