As for location, it is situated at the western side of Sengkang, near the prata haven Jalan Kayu which we often frequent for supper! =P Hmmm...location wise, nothing much to wow about. However as compared to other BTO flats, it has a much affordable pricetag.

We are undecided whether to get a 4rm or 5rm but we are kinda inclined to choose a 5rm unit #533 of Blk 433B which is not facing the main road so it will not be too noisy. However there are only 52 units of 5rm to select from!!

hey the flats are really cheap honestly but koala hates the location so we are not trying this time...but i think it is a good deal...

The location is not really that ideal but still okie. What's appealing is the pricetag! U and Koala are staying in XX so may not get used to new areas like Sengkang and Punggol. For me I already got used to SK liao. =P

wow....the price sure is bloody reasonable, and int rates in Sg are low too....our freakin loan repayments are just abt 1 persons salary!!!! cant wait for prices to sky rocket and sell.
We may settle for 4rm. It seems that the chances of getting a 5rm is pretty low, don't want to waste the ballot chance.
